General Registration Instructions Page.


These instructions will help you sucessfully use our online registration forms.

1. Please read the Location's scheduled times and fees before filling out these forms.

2. Please fill out these form, being careful to chose the desired locations and times.

3. Please fill in the required fields. A required field is one that has an asterix (*) next to it. The form will not be submitted until all required fields are filled in.

4. Please remember that your registration is not considered complete until you have paid the required fees or made suitable arrangements with The Tumbling Co.

5. The Information found on these forms are also available in Printable format. Simply find the Click here to print this schedule located at the top of each page for the locations you desire. Use the Menu to the left.

6. You must read carefully the very important statements at the bottom of each form and check the box to indicate that you agree with these statements. Your online registration will not be submitted unless you have checked this box.
