First Baptist Academy - Primary & Lower Schools are pleased to provide the children with the
on-site opportunity to discover the worlds of gymnastics and dance as coordinated by the Tumbling Company of Houston. The Tumbling Co. is partnering with the Shelly Reynold's ‘Dance-n-Fun' to also offer ballet & tap dance classes .

Tumbling - Tuesdays (Jan22 nd - May 13 th ) 17 classes (Class questions, call Robbie @ 713-335-3500)
Includes instruction on floor, beam, bar & vault + stationary exercises & games.

Dance - Wednesday (Jan23 rd - May 14 th ) 17 classes (Class questions, call Shelly @ 713-416-2544)
Includes instruction in ballet and tap. (2 nd graders and up also includes jazz dance.)

• New students or late reg: email or call to ensure openings prior to promising your child a spot in a class.
• Please include an email address for the sole purpose of helping ensure parents receive class specific fliers.
• Child make ups available M-F at other memorial area locations if needed.
• Payment options available if needed (call for details). Refunds upon request subject to $25 process fee.
• Both dance & tumbling checks payable to “Tumbling Co.”
• Child pick up and drop off to class already arranged.
Class Attire
Tumbling : any comfortable clothing, preferably not dresses or tight fitting pants. No bulk hair clips.
Dance : pink leotard and tights, pink leather ballet shoes & black tap shoes.

I, the undersigned parent or guardian of the above student(s), hold the Tumbling Company of Houston , LLC & Shelly Reynolds, staff members and the host organization harmless for any and all injuries my child may incur during the scheduled tumbling or dance activities.
If needed and in the event that I cannot be contacted, I herby authorize medical treatment for the above student(s).
I understand that I may withdraw my child at by providing written or verbal notice to Robbie Hirst. Upon request , a prorated refund will be remitted for classes paid for and remaining in the session. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee . If I withdrawal, I will be liable for unpaid tuition for classes up to and including the termination date.
I grant permission for my child to be escorted on-site to & from his/her classroom to the tumbling or dance classroom.
