Important Information About Us

The Tumbling Company of Houston offers beginning to intermediate gymnastics and tumbling classes to boys and girls ages two years to five years (preschool) and Kindergarten - fifth grade (elementary grades). Our classes offer the young gymnasts a healthy, full body exercise activity that is noncompetitive, fun and builds strength, balance and agility. We emphasize a positive encouraging environment, all the while modeling and teaching good character qualities in a Christian environment. The gymnastics apparatus and events we offer include floor tumbling, basic bars, vaulting and balance beam work. During a class, two to three stations of these events are taught with the overall primary emphasis on tumbling skills. The tumbling skills we are able to teach progress from animal crawls, basic forward and backward rolls, cartwheel, head stand, hand stand, round offs and on into the more intermediate skills such as walkovers, back hand spring, front handspring, flips, etc. Because we offer recreational gymnastics coaching no special clothing or additional equipment is needed, yet leotards or unitards can be worn. Classes are offered at six different locations in the Greater Houston Area:
